Remi SC-19 Plus Stability Chamber – 540L ICH Compliant Laboratory Equipment with LCD Display

The SC-19 Plus is a high-capacity stability chamber designed specifically for pharmaceutical, chemical, and agrochemical industries to conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines. It features a 540-liter internal volume, making it suitable for extensive testing and research applications.

This chamber offers precise control over temperature and humidity, with a temperature range from 10 to 60°C (±1°C) and a humidity range of 40% to 95% RH (±3%). Its construction includes a robust outer body made of stainless steel 304 grade and an inner chamber made of stainless steel 316 grade, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

The SC-19 Plus is equipped with advanced microprocessor controls and a 4-inch TFT LCD display for easy monitoring and adjustment of environmental parameters. It includes features such as an audio-visual alarm system for door open, power failure, and variations in temperature or humidity to maintain the integrity of test samples. The chamber also has a battery backup for the controller, ensuring consistent performance even during power interruptions.

For efficiency, it uses machine-filled CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation with a minimum thickness of 70 mm for the body and 80 mm for the door. Forced air circulation is maintained by a powerful fan motor to provide uniform conditions inside the chamber, supported by hermetically sealed compressors with CFC-free refrigerants for environmental safety.

Additional utilities include adjustable trays, a calibration port, and recommended voltage stabilizer support (VS-04). The chamber’s noise level remains below 65 dB, creating a quiet working environment, and the internal dimensions of 660 x 655 x 1250 mm accommodate multiple trays, facilitating simultaneous testing of several samples.
