Returns & Cancellations Policy

Unless the product is defective, and needs replacement or repair all sales are considered final sales. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider to replace or return the product as our prime aim at surgicalshoppe.co.in is to build a satisfied customer base. Any return of the product shall be considered maximum upto 7 days of delivery of the product, which too, if the same is not damaged, used and is available in original packing.

Matching serial number, as originally shipped, shall be mandatory.

We shall reserve all rights to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used or is damaged and/ is not in its original packaging. For some products, no return shall be accepted, example name engraved products, company seal damaged, warranty cards activated etc.. Yet another reason of non acceptance could be on account of hygiene or disinfection  which could include Commode Seats or Wheel Chairs with commode, Bed Pans, Urinals etc

Only partial refund of upto 90% of the cost of the product shall be initiated incase product return is accepted.

In case the product delivered is an incorrect product

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost, however, the same is to be intimated to us immediately on receipt or latest within 7 days of receipt of the product. In such case, we will bear the return shipping charge on account of incorrect product delivered.

Return method & payment

  • We bear return shipping charges for any incorrect product delivered. However there may be times when we are unable to collect the product due to unavailability of return courier service, in which case we may request the customer to book and pay on our behalf and the amount paid for courier charges shall be refunded.
  • For general refunds, we will refund 93% of the product cost, however, in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility in that case only 90% of the product cost shall be settled.
  • All refunds will be made in the same account which was used during checkout. Others shall be paid through cheque/ NEFT or RTGS.
  • Refunds shall be made within 7 days after satisfactory receipt of goods in our warehouse.

Cancellations

In case any cancellation is done after confirming the order but before the product is shipped, a charge of 2.5% in addition to the transaction charge of the payment gateway, shall be levied, maximum up to 5% of the order value, the discretion of the same shall rest with surgicalshoppe.co.in. However, incase the product is shipped then please refer to our ‘returns and cancellation policy’.
