The REMI CI-19 Plus Cooling Incubator features a temperature range of 5°C to 60°C with an accuracy of ±0.5°C, controlled by a microprocessor with a PT-100 temperature sensor. It includes a 6-tray system with stainless steel 304-grade internal body construction for durability and easy cleaning, and an external body made from powder-coated CRCA steel (with GMP versions available in stainless steel 304 grade).​

This incubator is equipped with a large LED display indicating set and process temperature values, audio-visual alarms for door open beyond one minute, temperature variation, sensor failure, and power failure to ensure safety and process integrity. The internal chamber illumination is provided by an 8-watt fluorescent tube.​

For robust insulation, the incubator uses machine-filled CFC-free polyurethane foam with a minimum thickness of 70 mm for the body and 80 mm for the door, contributing to energy efficiency and stable thermal conditions. It operates quietly, producing less than 65 dB of noise.​

The CI-19 Plus model has internal dimensions of 660 x 655 x 1250 mm, an external size of 800 x 1095 x 1820 mm, and a total volume capacity of 540 liters. Each adjustable tray can hold up to 15 kg of evenly distributed weight. The unit features safety elements such as a hermetically sealed compressor with CFC-free refrigerant, overload cut-off relay, time delay for compressor restart, electrical circuit breaker, and a rounded inner chamber for hygienic maintenance.​

Optional advanced features include a 4-inch LCD or 7-inch TFT touch screen display, programmable logic controller (PLC), memory for 10,000 records, centronic interface for temperature and time recording via dot matrix printer, validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), and ethernet/RS-485 connectivity for data acquisition and remote monitoring.​

The incubator also supports smart door handles with LED door closure indication and an auto door closer to maintain internal conditions superiorly. The recommended voltage stabilizer for the model is VS-03, ensuring stable power supply during operation.
