Yes offer free shipping for all orders above value of 2000INR. However, if you choose to pick up your order directly from our store, you can save on shipping costs

All sales are considered final unless the defective product requires replacement or repair. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider a return or replacement, as our primary goal at SurgicalShoppe is to ensure customer satisfaction. Any product returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

No it would not. Warranty will be applicable on engraved stethoscopes also.

In case the product is defective all you will need to do is, contact us, and we shall collect the product for necessary action in the first 30 days free of charge, beyond 30 days you will be suggested the manufacturers address where the product has to be shipped (at customers cost) with a copy of our purchase invoice and the same should be intimated to us, for necessary follow up with the manufacturer, till it is delivered back.

Sorry, the name engraving is an outsourced activity and we donot have much control on that. Therefore we currently follow a set pattern for engraving and regret our inability to add special characters or fonts in the engraving
No the C.O.D orders and not engraved, only orders that are 100% prepaid are engraved/ personalised.
Name engraving is a 3rd party process, where a factory technician is sitting and processing, while we do try our best that there is no mistake, however, there are times when human errors occour during the process which are beyond our control.
Number of Characters is generally limited by the area available on the chest piece Classic III: The number of characters that can be engraved is 20 Characters including space. Master Classic II: 18 Characters including space.

No, engraved stethoscopes are non-returnable as they are customized items
We usually follow a process which is difficult to bypass.
For products which are in stock:
It would take 8-10 days to areas be serviced by reputed courier services. For other areas, products would be sent via the Indian Postal Service and delivery would take 10-15 days depending on the location.
For products that are out of stock:
There are a few products that are out of stock. They have been ordered from the company. Some products are imported from outside India. These would take around 3 weeks to reach you.
