How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Write to us within 24 hours to cancel free of cost, after dispatch we charge Rs. 300.00 per cancellation. Name Engraved orders subject to 100% cancellation charges

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order with us even without pre-registration, however, at the time of placing your order you need to provide shipping details

How Can I Return a Product?

Unless the product is defective and needs replacement or repair all sales are considered final. Name engraved delivered products are non- returnable and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Exchange, if any, shall be allowed upto 7 days of delivery of the product.

How to claim the warranty?

In case the product is defective all you will need to do is, call on 011-43528106 or write to us at [email protected]alshoppe.co.in, and we shall collect the product for necessary action in the first 30 days free of charge, beyond 30 days you will be suggested the manufacturers address where the product has to be shipped (at customers cost) with a copy of our purchase invoice and the same should be intimated to us, for necessary follow up with the manufacturer, till it is delivered back.

Can I Engrave with special Fonts or characters or logos ?
Sorry, the name engraving is an outsourced activity and
we donot have much control on that. Therefore we currently
follow a set pattern for engraving

How Long does it take to ship out ?

We usually ship in 3-4 working days from our warehouse

Can I get an urgent delivery?

We usually follow a process which is difficult to bypass.

How long does it take for the shipment to get

Usually 3-7 days depending on the location. Sometimes
this could be longer due to unavoidable reasons,
but we can follow up and assist you for the same

Why should I sign or accept a disclaimer for name engraving?

Name engraving is a 3rd party process, where a factory technician is sitting
and processing, while we do try our best that there is no mistake,
however, there are times when human errors occour during the process which
are beyond our control.

Warranty and who should I contact or register warranty?

Skytech Medical/ Surgicalshioppe, is a distributor/brand owner
for the products listed on our website, we are the first contact
for our customer for any defect that may arise in the life cycle of a product
whether in warranty period or out of warranty period.
In any such situation, we request the customer to retain the invoice of the product
long as it is possessed.
In a situation where a product needs registration and it cannot be done, in that case
please don’t worry, our invoice will serve the proof of your purchase, as most of the
companies handled by us are customer friendly.
